When one hears «Carbon Fibre » , the first thing you think is in high performance products, aircraft, racing cars … But what is carbon fiber ?

It is an amorphous material (I know, that does not seem so great virtue …). The carbon atoms that make it up, intertwining between them randomly, giving it its unique properties.

But achieve it and work it for optimal result is not easy. It requires highly specialized tools and a long production process at temperatures between 1100 and 2500 ° C in hydrogen atmosphere for weeks or even months ( depending on the quality you wish to obtained).

Each carbon fiber is the result of the union of thousands of very fine carbon filaments, allowing the combination of the plastic materials lightness and mechanical properties of steel, overtaking it in impact resistance.

Main properties:
Very high strength and elasticity.
Low density compared with steel.
Resistance to external agents.
High thermal insulation.
Resistance to temperature variations.
Carbon fiber was developed with the aerospace industry but thanks to its excellent features and performance it has been extended to other fields ; transportation, aerospace, high rage automobiles, high-level sport competitions , exclusive jewelry and watches … And of course the combs … but not at any comb …
Carbon Fejic Japan Combs.

Fejic carbon fiber combs, made inJapan, are noted for the purity of the material and careful polishing and longevity. The carbon fiber which are composed of, achieves exceptional strength and solidity.

Sober and elegant, Carbon Fajić Japan combs withstand high temperatures (up to 150 degrees) and contact with chemicals. They are antistatic, very lightand pleasant to use, thanks to its excellent polished easily penetrate into the hair without damaging the scalp.
